2 Tag-team Photo Projects For You + Your Pall
You already roped them into wearing the “Be Fri” bracelet that matches your “st ends.” Now it’s time to convince your bestie to do a collaborative photoblog!
Here’s the big idea: You and a buddy each post a photo a day side-by-side. It’s a simple concept but the results are often brilliant...

I spoke to Chelsea, and she wants to do this with me. We're going to put together about five shots. We're basically just snapping shots and saving our favs and I'll place them together and upload them here for you all to see.
I'm excited about it. I like doing things like this...

Gracy's friend has decided she wants to do photography now. It was kind of a random decision--almost as random as Nicole, but whatever! Everyone has to start somewhere, I understand that... And I understand that we all started in about the same place with it when we began, but... It gets kind of humorous to see what beginners come up with.
That is to say, I understand I have a long way to go before I'm anything of a photographer, but I'm pretty sure I'm past the Converse pictures, or pictures of me and my friends and putting them in black and white... Or just pictures of the sky... And I won't lie, a lot of the time, some of those pics--well, minus the friends one--can actually be really cool if done in a neat way. It's all about perspective.

We'll see if she decides to take it seriously. I heard she wanted a "professional" camera for Christmas. I'm not sure what she might be getting, but I hear her parents are pretty well off... It would make me kind of sad if she got some $1k camera and she does not even know how much she likes it yet (because she said she just likes playing around with it) when I'm still working my Canon and it's my life! I mean, when my dad bought my camera for Christmas, it was about $400-$500, but even the expensive, nice Canons and Nikons are nothing like the professional cameras that come equipped with huge lenses and flash attachments and stuff like that...

I've seen too many people with those types of cameras that couldn't tell you what a telephoto lens is for if their life depended on it. Hmph.
I know if she really wants to know, she'll learn...
Let's just say I'm overprotective of photography when it comes to people acting like it's nothing or never trying to learn anything about it.

Photography is a real art.
